Did You Know?
Aluminum is one of the few materials that can be recycled indefinitely - without losing a shred of its strength or purity. Nearly 75% of all aluminum ever produced is still in use today, thanks to its exceptional recyclability and Dajcor’s innovation in custom extrusion and fabrication.
Because aluminum doesn’t degrade through the recycling process, each time it’s reused, the energy required is dramatically lower - using only about 5% of the energy needed to produce aluminum from raw ore. This means every aluminum extrusion crafted by Dajcor not only delivers durability and precision today, but also contributes to a more sustainable tomorrow - preserving natural resources, reducing emissions, and supporting a circular economy.

Meet Neil!
Director of Human Resources of Dajcor Aluminum
With more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience, Neil plays a key role in supporting our people and shaping strategy across the organization.
Before joining Dajcor, Neil served as Director of HR at Tilray (formerly Aphria), leading teams in both the cannabis division in Leamington and the U.S. Beverage Alcohol business in Atlanta, Georgia. His career also includes 15 years with MSSC (Meritor) in Chatham and serving as General Manager of the iconic Wheels Inn.
At Dajcor, Neil focuses on:
- Fostering a positive and engaging work environment
- Supporting employee development
- Driving HR strategy across the organization
Outside of work, he enjoys biking, paddle boarding, skiing, and spending time with family - including Molson, their golden retriever.

Jim proudly leads a group of over 130 people. Since joining Dajcor in July, he’s brought passion, experience, and a people-first approach to the extrusion industry. We
appreciate the dedication and leadership Jim brings to our company each day. Outside of work, Jim enjoys time with his wife of 36 years, their three daughters, and energetic grandson - and when he can, a round of golf (more for fun than perfection!).
