Dajcor produces prototype orders as small as one pound, allowing you to get your new product to market fast and effectively. Prototype or production - all orders are processed quickly, all the time, to the customers precise specifications.

Dajcor will be your single source supplier, saving you time and money by employing some of the following value added services: cutting, drilling, deburring, milling, punching, tapping, countersinking, polishing, bending, tumbling, finishing, bright, satin and electrolytic anodizing, painting and powder coating. Outsourcing these secondary operations to Dajcor will improve your supply chain efficiencies, and reduce your overall cost, by eliminating the need to ship your material to multiple locations for secondary processing. By minimizing material handling, our customers will reduce the need for costly work in process and inventory, while downloading the responsibility for product quality to their ‘One Stop’ supplier – Dajcor Aluminum!

Design:	DESIGN CAD FOR LAYOUT AND DIE PRINTS. EXTRUSION DESIGN, FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY.

Products

Anodizing

Dajcor offers etch and clear satin finishes, including electrolytic black anodizing, for lengths up to 28’. Many of our anodize finishes are approved to various automotive and military anodize standards.

Fabrication

Dajcor provides quality extruded parts at competitive prices and offers quick turnaround times. Our design staff and skilled workforce design and manufacture the most complex of extruded products.

Extrusion

Dajcor has full in-house fabrication capability avoiding costly delays and additional material handling costs required by subcontracted fabrication services.

Thanks to some local private investment, a facility that has been shut down since November will be injected with new life once again. At a press conference Monday morning (May 10) at the former Daymonex facility in Chatham, local businessman Mike Kilby announced a brand new venture and business – Dajcor Aluminum Limited.
